On February 5, 1990, a resident representing the neighborhood came to City Hall requesting information on subdivision of P.I.N. 10-32-25-44-0021. He indicated that thc neighbors were interested in increasing the size of their lots. It was indicated that such a subdivision would require inclusion of their existing lots in order to avoid thc need for ouflots. In accordance with the notice: Sale of Surplus City Proper5,, one bid was received for the amoun~ of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) from Daryl Peterson. On February 13, 1990, the Ramsey City Council, directed staff to draft an ordinance for the stile of City of Ramsey surplus property P.I.N. 10-32-25-44-0009 with the revenues from the sale of the property being placed into the Park Trust Fund. On February 27, 1990, the Ramsey City Council introduced Ordinance 090-03-~ : An Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Certain City Owned Property Located in the City of R::msey. Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends the sale of City of Ramsey surplus property P.I.N. 10-32-25-44-0009. In addition, staff suggests that revenues from said sale be placed into the Park Trust Find. Furthermore, staff recommends that the tax parcels for P.I.N.'s 10-32-25-44-0009 and 10-32-25- 44-0021 be combined, It should be understood by Mr. Peterson that development of the land may require subdivision planing. Council Action: Motion to adopt/not adopt Ordinance ~q90-03-. : An Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Certain City Owned Property Located in the City of Ramsey, Motion to direcffnot direct the consolidation of tax parcels P.I.N.'s 10-32-25-44-0009 and 10-32- 25-44-0021; and revenues from the sate of City surplus property be placed into the Park Trust Fund.
