The primary use of <br />this sprayer is expected to be at River's Bend (north portion of <br />park). It could be used at the water tower site and the new park <br />to be created at Windemere Woods, Chestnut Hills and Cedar Hills. <br />As you are aware, seeding results at parks have been pretty dismal <br />the last two years due to lack of rain. <br /> <br />We contacted the following firms for quotes on similar equipment: <br /> <br />MTI <br />Hydro Engineering <br />Irrigation Supply, Inc. <br />Seasonal Enterprises <br />Upper Mississippi Irrigation <br />Mogren Bros. <br />Minnesota Irrigation Distribution Center <br /> <br />Heinen & Mason <br /> <br />(no bid) <br />(no bid) <br />(no bid) <br />(no bid) <br />(no bid) <br />(no bid) <br />$5,355.00 <br />$4,613.00 (demo) <br />$4,175.00 with <br />rental option <br /> <br />Several of the firms indicated that this type of equipment was <br />handled by few companies.
