Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLOTION #90- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS (IMPROVEMENT PRO~ECT NO. 90-17- BASEBALL FIELD <br />BACKSTOP AND FENCING'' ~[~'~~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved the <br />1990 Parks Capital Improvement Program and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the CIP included installation of backstop, fencing <br />and bleachers at Central Park's baseball field in the amount of <br />$9,500 plus overhead. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in <br />Council Resolution 90- . <br /> <br /> 2) That Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. <br />shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br />improvement. <br /> <br /> 3) That the project be funded from the City's General Fund, <br />Park Capital Outlay Fund. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey city Council this the 10th day of April, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
