Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-04- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF <br />SPECIFICATIONS (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 90-16-ACCESS <br />PARKING LOT - CENTRAL PARK) <br /> <br />PLANS AND <br /> ROAD AND <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved the 1990 Parks Capital <br />Improvement Budget and said budget included paving of the Central <br />Park access road and Park Center parking lot for $17,000 plus <br />overhead. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Class V is in place and needs to be graded prior to <br />paving and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is desired to have the project completed prior to <br />June 16, Ramsey Appreciation Day. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered by Council <br />Resolution 90-04- . <br /> <br /> 2) That Merland Otto shall prepare plans and specifications <br />for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br /> 3) That the City Public Works Department will grade the base <br />prior to paving. <br /> <br /> 4) That funds for this project will be appropriated from the <br />City General Fund, Park Capital Outlay Fund. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 10th day of April, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
