The first was <br />received by the City Council on March 13, 1990 and was against the proposed project. The 60 <br />day waiting period ends on April 14, 1990 and the City Council will take action at the April 24, <br />1990 meeting. <br /> <br />On the attached map, the properties represented by signatures are highlighted in pink. The <br />properties owners in the affected area not signing the petition are highlighted in blue. Also <br />included is the petition that was received by the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
