This review was based on a Report of the <br />Environmental Resources C~ftittee, Refe~al. Report..No.~90,25.~A.c~py. of this <br /> <br />The Council adopted the recc~mendations proposed by the cut~tittee. The Council <br />adopted the following rec~ier~ation with condition; <br /> <br />"That the Metropolitan Council adopt this report an~ approve the request <br />by Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc. to abrogate the development <br />limitation for a portion of Anoka County Candidate Landfill Site P to allow <br />the installation of a yardwaste composting operation, subject to the <br />following condition: <br /> <br />1.
