This facility will be located at <br />205th Ave. North and Highway 65. The multipurpose <br />building will have the capabilities of~ housing an <br />indoor soccer.field and indoor ice rink~=~ this is to <br />name only a few of the functions planned for the building. <br /> <br />To date the North Anoka County Arena Committee has <br />aquired commitments from the City of East Bethel, private <br />individuals, and companies from around the Metro area <br />these commitments are in the form of funds, sweat equity, <br />and materials needed for construction. The total to <br />date is in excess of $300s000.00. <br /> <br />We are presently seeking some funding from the county <br />that would help with the construction costs of the <br />planned facility. The county has requested that the <br />committee approach each of the surrounding communities <br />and have each city council 'sign off' on the letter that <br />is enclosed.
