Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~90-04- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF THE AUTUMN <br />HEIGHTS 2ND ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka County, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br />applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 3, Autumn Heights Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on February 26, 1990, the City received application and <br />sketch plan from Anoka County for Autumn Heights 2nd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on March 6, <br />1990 and approved the sketch plan of Autumn Heights 2nd Addition and directed the <br />subdivider to proceed to the final plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on March 15, <br />1990 and recommended waiver of park dedication requirements since the property is for a <br />public purpose and would be less than $50.00. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby grants f'mal plat approval for the Autumn Heights 2nd <br />Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for <br />Councilmember <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 24th day of April, 1990 <br /> <br /> <br />
