CASE <br /> <br /> RECEIVE BIDS FOR <br />SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, STORM SEWER AND <br />STREETS FOR JUNIPER WOODS AND WACO STREET <br />By: Pete Raatikka, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />By the time of the April 24, 1990 Council meeting, bids will have' <br />been received for the proposed improvements to Juniper Woods and <br />Waco Street. The Council should review thee bids at that time. <br />I will also prepare a letter of recommendation on the award of the <br />bids for your meeting. <br /> <br />Enclosed is a draft of the proposed resolution for your adoption. <br />A final resolution with the bids received will be available at the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Resolution #90-04- accepting bids for sanitary sewer, <br />watermain, storm sewer and streets for Juniper Woods and Waco <br />Street and awarding a contract to for such improvement. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator X <br />City Attorney <br />City Engineer X <br />Community Development Dir. <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Officer <br />Public Works Supt. <br />Other <br /> <br /> <br />
