Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-04- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING CITY OF RAMSEY OWNERSHIP OF TAX <br />FORFEITED PROPERTY KNOWN AS LOT 1, BLOCK 1, AUTUMN <br />HEIGHTS 2ND ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lot 1, Block 1, Autumn Heights 2nd Addition is tax forfeited <br />property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 6, 1990, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />recommended that the City Council authorized initiating action for the City to acquire Lot 1, <br />Block 1, Autumn Heights 2nd Addition for future public use; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 16, 1990, the Ramsey Fire Board recommended to City <br />Council to acquire Lot 1, Block 1, Autumn Heights 2nd Addition for a possible location of <br />a future fire house; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lot 1, Block 1, Autumn Heights 2nd Addition could also serve as a <br />location for a drop-off recycling center. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby formally requests ownership of Lot 1, Block 1, <br />Autumn Heights 2nd Addition for public purposes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution, was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 24th day of April, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
