Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # 13-11-199 RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S PERFORMANCE EVALUATION WHEREAS, a one year, 360 degree performance evaluation was completed for the City Administrator for September 2012 —September 2013; and WHEREAS, the City Council and the City Administrator discussed the City Administrator's performance in closed session on October 15 and 29, 2013; and WHEREAS, after far-ranging and detailed discussions about the City Administrator position and the interactions of the Administrator with the Council, staff and public, the Council and Mr. Ulrich reviewed the duties, responsibilities, and expectations of the position and established goals of the Administrator; and WHEREAS, the Council and City Administrator agreed to review progress toward the established goals in approximately six months; and WHEREAS, it was the consensus of the City Council to accept Mr. Ulrich's performance evaluation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: Motion to adopt resolution #13-11-199 accepting Mr. Kurt Ulrich's performance evaluation for the time period of September 2012 through September 2013 and to review progress toward the established goals in approximately six months. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 12th day of November 2013.
