I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CENTRAL PARK <br />BASEBALL FIELD BACKSTOP AND FENCING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 90-17 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution #90-04-096 authorized the preparation of <br />plans and specifications for the above referenced work, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to legal requirements, bid quotes for <br />Central Park (Project 90-17) were received complying with the <br />specifications: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount of Bid <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that <br />is the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />in the name of the City of Ramsey for the Central Park Baseball <br />Field Backstop and Fencing according to the plans and <br />specifications on file in the office of the City <br />Administrator/Clerk. <br /> <br /> 2) That the funds shall be appropriated from City General <br />Fund, Park and Recreation Capital Outlay Budget. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 8th day of May, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
