Page 2
April 24, 1990

6. Drainage is generally to the ditch along Jasper and to the
southwest. Storm water drainage was addressed during the
preparation of the plat and generally flows south and then
east.

7. The building complies with setback requirements for an I
district. The building is 560' from the future runway and
510' from the existing runway centerline. The City's 35'
building height restriction provides adequate clearance from
airport imaginary surfaces in both cases.

8. The lot line is approximately 520' and 470' from runway
centerline. Any trees, light standards, poles, etc. must be
limited to a mature height of less than 38' at the east
property line. Height of objects is restricted to a 7:1 ratio
across the lot from east to west.
.
9. A typical pavement section and curb detail should be shown.
Applicant's planners/surveyors have indicated they would show
B612 around parking lot perimeter and drive.

10. Applicant indicates seven (7) parking spaces but has not
indicated the number of employees. One parking space per
employee on the maximum shift is required.

We recommend site plan approval contingent with complying with City
Code and on the items noted in this letter. Final approval by
Council, however, should take place after a decision regarding
airport acquisition.

Respectfully submitted,

HAKANSON ANDERSON ASSOCIATES, INC.

/mlc

CC'

Mark Banwart, Comm.
