The Chestnut Hills <br />Addition plat was drawn with 60' street widths while the Ramsey street width standard is 66' <br />wide. <br /> <br />On August 1, 191t9, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission received a petition from <br />Hunter's Hill Addition opposing removal of 144th Lane N.W. "cut-de-sac". The balance of the park <br />dedication is to be paid in cash which is One Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Dollars <br />($132,000.00) less land dedication.
