I I I I I I I I I I I I QUESTION 21: Erosion and sedimentation control measures An erosion and sedimentation control plan will be prepared for the project in accordance with the Anoka County Soil and Water Conservation District requirements. During earthwork operations and site construction, erosion control barriers will be used to prevent sediments:ion into the wetlands and keep all sediment within the site. Following site preparation, :he lots will be seeded and mulched for temporary revege:ation. $%eep slopes will be sodded or blanketed as necessary upon completion of the development. The lots will be sodded or seeded to provide a permanent ground cover. QUESTIONS 22: Generation of stormwater runoff The project will generate an increase in sto.~-mwater runoff due to the increase in impe.--meable surfaces. The runoff will be routed through sodded swales and piped into Ramsey Terrace Pond. Sanitary wastewater is estimated as follows: 102 single family dwellings X 3.2 PE/dwe!!ing X 75 ga!/PE/Day : 24,480 gpd Ail sanitary wastewater will be no_~mal domestic quality. The sto_--mwater runoff will be discharged into the Ramsey Terrace Pond. The storage volume of this pond is sufficient to store the additional runoff from this site. QUESTION 23: Pollutants Air pollution: The proposed development will not generate emissions detriments! to the air qnaa!ity. Motor vehicle activity ~i!l be the only cause of air q/ua!ity impac~ c~used by the deve!cpment. MPCA uses !,000 parkin~ spaces as the minimum requiring an air .~ua!ity an~!ysis.
