Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-05- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-14 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATER TRUNKS TO SERVICE WOOD HILL PONDS, CHESTNUT HILLS, CEDAR HILLS, WlNDEMERE WOODS ADDITIONS) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 24th day of April, 1990, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of extension of sanitary sewer and water trunks to service Wood Hill Ponds, Chestnut Hills, Cedar Hills, Windemere Woods Additions (Project #90-14); and WHEREAS, the City has received petitions signed by 100 percent of affected property owners; and WHEREAS, ten.days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 22nd day of May, 1990 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted 24th day of April, 1990. 2) Mr. Peter Raatikka, of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of May, 1990.
