Page 2
May 16, 1990

In review of the street names, the street names have been
renamed to match street grid system of the city. In review
of the street layout, Eaton Court and Unicorn Circle are
proposed cul-de-sacs which exceed 600 feet. Variances will
be required for these streets.

In review of the golf course easements, all easements
previously shown as golf course easements were made part of
the golf course with the exception of easements on lots along
Andrie Street in Block 2. These lots require 80,000 square
feet of area to meet the requirement of the Shoreland
Ordinance. The City may request the developer to provide an
agreement to allow for the use of golf course property for use
as drainfields in the future if the need ever arose.

We would recommend approval of the preliminary P.U.D. plan subject
to correcting or obtaining variances for the items discussed in
this letter and our letter of April 24, 1990 to Mr0 Gerald
Zimmerman.

If you have any questions in regard to the proposed development,
feel free to let us know.

Sincerely,

HAKANSONANDERSON ASSOCIATES, INC.

Peter R.
