The existing and proposed -- <br />zoning is I-1 Industrial Disu'ict. The property is generally located in the North Half of Section 35, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. The proposed plat consists of the <br />resubdivision of parcels A, B, C and D of Registered Land Survey No. 30. The P.I.N.'s are 35- <br />32-25-21-0002 and 35-32-25-21-0005. For your information, the following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />A) <br />B) <br />C) <br />D) <br />E) <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Proposed subdivisions <br />City Landscape Architect's Review (May 8, 1990) <br />City Engineer's Review (May 8, 1990) <br />Proposed Resolution <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On May 8, 1990, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from Charles <br />Lundgren, Park Acquisition, Inc. for Park 67 Indusmial Park Addition. <br /> <br />Park and Recreation Commission Recommendation: <br /> <br />On May 10, 1990, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission recommended acceptance of cash <br />to satisfy the park dedication requirement as per the City Landscape Architect's Review dated May <br />9, 1990. <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission Recommendation: <br /> <br />On May 15, 1990, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission recommended sketch plan <br />approval of Park 67 Industrial Park Addition as per the City Engineer's Review dated May 9, 1990 <br />and directed, the developer to proceed to the CiD, Council for final plat approval. In addition, the <br />Commission directed the developer to provide a topographical drawing of the plat and the <br />Development Agreement should require soil boring on Lot 1 prior to any additional building on this <br />lot, and requiring municipal sewer and water as well as cost participation in the construction of <br />Tungsten Street N.W. (No further buLlding without ciD, improvements) and variance to lot width <br />on Lot 3. <br /> <br /> <br />
