Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION g90-05- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF THE BOIKE ADDITION WHEREAS, Anoka County, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Count3', Minnesota, except that pan described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, 30 feet south of the intersection of said line with the southerly boundary of right-of-way of U.S. Highway gl0; thence northwesterly and parallel with Highway gl0 and 30 feet southwesterly thereof a distance of 200 feet; thence southerly and parallel with the east line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 400 feet; thence southeasterly and parallel with U.S. Highway #10,200 feet to the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, thence north along said east line 400 feet to the point of beginning. AND WHEREAS, on April 12, 1990, the City received application and sketch plan from Sylvester Brothers Development Company for Boike Addition; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on May 1, 1990 and approved the sketch plan of Boike Addition and directed the subdivider to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on May 10, 1990 and recommended cash in the amount of One Thousand One Hundred Ninety Dollars ($1,190.00) to satisfy the park dedication requirements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) 'Friar the CiD' Council hereby ~ants f~mal plat approval for the Boike Addition in accordance with relevant CiD, Codes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the follo'~4ng voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereur~on said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council' this the 22nd da}, of Ma>,, 1990.
