i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />i <br /> <br /> NOT I CE <br /> OF PUBLIC HEARING ON <br /> INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND <br /> ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS BY THE <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ON BEHALF OF RAMSEY INVESTMENTS AND <br /> PARABODY, INC. <br /> <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing shall be <br />conducted by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />(the "City"), on an industrial development project proposed to <br />be undertaken and financed by the City pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Sections 469.152 to 469.165, as amended (the "Act"), <br />on behalf of Ramsey Investments, a Minnesota general <br />partnership (the "Borrower"). The hearing will be held at the <br />City Hall on Tuesday, June 12, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The <br />project as proposed consists generally of the acquisition, <br />construction and equipping of an approximately 63,000 square <br />foot manufacturing facility in the City (together with related <br />site improvements, the "Project"), to be owned by the Borrower <br />and leased by the Borrower to ParaBody, Inc., a Minnesota <br />corporation (the "Lessee"). The Project is to be used by the <br />Lessee in its manufacturing business. The Project is to be <br />located at in the City. Under the <br />proposal, up to approximately $1,400,000 in principal amount of <br />Industrial Development Revenue Bonds of the City of Ramsey will <br />be issued to finance the Project. At said time and place the <br />City Council shall give all parties who appear an opportunity <br />to express their views with respect to the proposal to <br />undertake and finance the Project.
