be <br /> <br />concessionaire acting by and under the authority and <br />regulation of the director; <br /> <br />Announce, advertise, or call the public attention in anyway to <br />any article or service for sale or hire; <br /> <br />Paste, glue, tack or otherwise post any sign whatever on any <br />public lands or highways or roads adjacent to a park. <br /> <br />110.1521 Hours. Except for unusual and unforeseen emergencies, parks <br />shall be open to the public every day of the year during the hours of S:00 o'clock <br />a.m. to 10:00 o'clock P.M. The opening and closing hours for each individual <br />park shall be posted therein for public information. A permit for use of the <br />park during other than the above hours may be obtained in accordance with <br />City Code Section 110.1524 - 110.1527. <br /> <br />110.1522 Closed areas. Any section or part of any park may be declared <br />closed to the public by the director at any time and for any interval of time, <br />wither temporarily or at regular and stated intervals (daily or otherwise) and <br />either entirely or merely to certain uses, as the director shall find reasonably <br />necessary. <br /> <br />110,1523 Lost and fo,md articles. The finding of lost articles by park <br />attendants shall be reported to the director who shall make every reasonable <br />effort to locate the owners. The director shall make every reasonable effort to <br />find articles reported as lost. <br /> <br />110,1524 Petrol t req,,ired. A permit shall be obtained from the <br />appropriate director before participating in park activity involving any private <br />group over ten (10) persons of for use of the park between the hours of 12:00 <br />o'clock midnight and 5:00 o'clock a.m. <br /> <br />110.1525 Application. A person seeking issuance of a permit hereunder <br />shall file an application with the appropriate director. The application shall <br />state: <br /> <br />a. The nome and address of the applicant; <br /> <br />b. The name and address of the person sponsoring the activity, <br /> if different from the applicant; <br /> <br />c. The day and hours for which the permit is desired; <br /> <br />d. An estimate of the anticipated attendance; <br /> <br />Any other information which the director shall find <br />reasonably necessary to a fair determination as to whether a <br />permit should be issued hereunder. The application shall be <br />accompanied by the appropriate fee,if any, as contained in a <br />fee schedule adopted by resolution of the city council. <br /> <br />110.1526 St~nrlards for issuance.
