a. That the proposed activity or use of' the park will not <br /> unreasonably interfere with or detract from the general <br /> public enjoyment of' the park; <br /> <br />b. That the proposed activity and use will not unreasonably <br /> interfere with or detract from the promotion of' public health, <br /> welfare, safety and recreation; <br /> <br />c. That the proposed activity or use is not reasonably anticipated <br /> to incite violence, crime or disorderly conduct; <br /> <br />d. That the proposed activity will not entail unusual, <br /> extraordinary or burdensome expense or police operation by <br /> the city; <br /> <br />e. That the facilities desired have not been reserved for other <br /> use. <br /> <br />110.1527 Appeal. Within twenty (20) days after receipt of an application, <br />the director shall issue the permit or apprise an applicant in writing of his <br />reasons for denying the permit. Any aggrieved person shall have the right to <br />appeal to the city council. Such appeal shall be in writing and shall be filed <br />with administrator/clerk within ten (10) days after receipt of the director's <br />decision. The arlm~nistrator/clerk shall place the appeal on the agenda for <br />the next regular council meeting, at which time the applicant may appear in <br />support of his appeal. The council may affirm, deny or alter the terms of the <br />permit. The decision of the council shall be final. <br /> <br />110,1528 Liability of permlttee. The permittee shall be liable for any loss, <br />damage or injury sustained by any person or whatever by reason of the <br />negligence of the permittee or his agents. <br /> <br />110,1529 Revocation. The director shall have the authority to revoke a <br />permit upon a finding or violation of any rule or ordinance, or upon good <br />cause shown. <br /> <br />110.1530 Ejectment. The director and any park attendant shall have the <br />authority to eject from the park any person acting in violation of this chapter. <br /> <br />110.1531 Seizure of property. The director and any park attendant shall <br />have the authority to seize and confiscate any property, thing or device in the <br />park, used in violation of this chapter. <br /> <br /> <br />
