Hartley, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Recently, the City Council received a copy of the Arbitration Award of William J. Berquist <br />in the matter of arbitration between Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc., and the City of <br />Ramsey. A contract has been drafted to reflect the award of Arbitrator Berquist for the <br />calendar years of 1989 and 1990. That draft Labor Agreement is attached for your <br />information.
