CASE <br /> <br /> RECEIVE BIDS FOR <br /> SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, STORM SEWER AND <br />STREETS FOR RIVLYN AVENUE (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 89-13) <br />By: Pete Raatikka, city Engineer <br /> <br />Background= <br /> <br />By the time of the May 22, 1990 Council meeting, bids will have <br />been received for the proposed improvements to Rivlyn Avenue. The <br />Council should review these bids at that time.
