Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #90-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT #89-13 (WATER, SEWER AND STREET SURFACING OF RIVLYN STREET <br />N.W.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution #90-02-037 authorized the preparation of plans and <br /> <br />specifications for the above referenced work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the following quotes were received: <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that <br /> <br />is the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1 ) That the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter <br /> into a contract with in the name of the City of Ramsey for paving at <br /> Central Park in the amount of $. <br /> <br />2 ) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all <br /> bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful <br /> bidder and the next to lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 22nd day of May, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
