Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #90-05- RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF PARK EQUIPMENT FOR RIVER'S BEND PARK WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has approved the 1990 Parks Capital Improvements Budget which includes $7,500.00 plus overhead ($9,750) for purchase of additional playground equipment for. River's Bend Park; and WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission, at their May 10, 1990 meeting reviewed options and authorized the Chairman to consult with Merland Otto to select the pieces of equipment; and WHEREAS, the following equipment was selected at a price of $8,048.00.
