The third alternative reviewed was constructing a storm sewer <br />outlet to the Rum River between Lots 3 and 4, Block 4 of Rum Acre <br />Estates. This alternative was not found to be feasible since it <br />would require the purchase of additional easements and removal of <br />a large number of trees on Lots 3 and 4, Block 4 of Rum Acre <br />Estates. <br /> <br />In response to resident concerns over construction traffic on <br />residential streets, the contractor has notified all suppliers in <br />writing and erected a sign on Ute Street designating it for <br />construction traffic. The developer will be constructing Ute <br />Street as permanent bituminous street upon construction of all <br />utilities.
