PLAN FOR EMPLOYMENT PREFERENCE <br />OF ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED OR <br />UNEMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS <br /> <br /> Pursuant to Minnesota Session Laws 1983, Chapter 289, <br />Section 113, Subd. 11, the Company shall make every effort to <br />comply with the requirements of said Statute for the purpose of <br />providing employment to those individuals who are unemployed or <br />who are economically disadvantaged and who otherwise qualify for <br />empioyment with't~e'COmpany. <br /> <br /> It is the intent of the Company to target employment <br />opportunities to qualified individuals who are unemployed or <br />economically disadvantaged. <br /> <br /> It further is the intent of the Company to provide such <br />reports as may be required by Statute to the Commissioner of <br />Energy and Economic Development. <br /> <br /> <br />
