Project) <br /> <br />Dear Sir or Madam: <br /> <br /> We have examined the Application for Approval for the <br />above described project submitted by the City of Ramsey under <br />the Minnesota Municipal Industrial Development Act, including <br />the Resolution giving preliminary approval to the Project, <br />adopted by the City Council, attached thereto.
