13.1 <br /> <br />13.2 <br /> <br />13.3 <br /> <br />13.4 <br /> <br />ARTICLE XIII <br />VACATION <br /> <br />Every permanent Employee having less than six (6) years consecutive <br />full-time service shall earn vacation leave at the rate of 5/6tbs of a working <br />day for each calendar month of full-time service. Each permanent <br />Employee with at least six (6), but less than twelve (12), consecutive years of <br />full-time service shall earn vacation leave at the rate of 1.25 working days <br />for each calendar month of full-time service. Each permanent Employee <br />with at least twelve (12) years of consecutive full-time service shall earn <br />vacation leave at the rate of 1.666 working days for each calendar month of <br />full-time service. <br /> <br />An Employee may accrue vacation leave to a maximum of the amount <br />earned in one (1) year. <br /> <br />Vacation leave may beused as earned subject to approval by the department <br />head at the time at which it may be taken. <br /> <br />Any Employee leaving the municipal service in good standing after giving <br />proper notice of such termination of employment shall be compensated for <br />vacation leave accrued and unused to the date of separation. <br /> <br />1989-90 LELS Agreement (June 1, 1990 Draft) Page 15 <br /> <br /> <br />
