<br />Upon completion of the development of the battery of tests described in
<br />Paragraph 20.1 above, each Employee eligible for the four (4) year step, or
<br />any other step, shall take the tests.

<br />Upon satisfactorily completing the testing program each employee eligible

<br />Any Employee who does not satisfactorily complete the testing program will
