Although issue 4 includes <br />wages, this matter is argued separately by the parties and is not <br />discussed in this aspect of the award because of its differences. <br /> <br />POSITION OF THE UNION <br /> <br /> For 1989 - Appendix A (copy attached as Attachment A) - <br />increase the wage rates 4.5% effective January 1, 1989 for 1989, <br /> <br /> <br />
