They shall be set a mlnlmum of 3 feet and a maximum of 5 feet behind the curb or from edge of pavement when curb Is not present. The wlrlng to be placed as shown on the utility layout for the City of Champlin +/-I foot (copy attached). Contact the City Englneerlng Department for a location map on the street lights (421-8064).
