CASE <br /> <br /> ADOPT RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br /> ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE <br />MUNICIPAL CENTER PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT %90-22 <br /> By: Pete Raatikka, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As authorized by Council, we have prepared plans and specifications <br />for the construction of parking lot expansion, access road to 153rd <br />AVenue N.W. and bituminous overlay to the existing driveway and <br />parking area. <br /> <br />These plans were prepared in accordance with the preliminary plan <br />approved on April 10,..1990. <br /> <br />Enclosed are copies of the proposed resolution approving plans and <br />specifications and ordering advertisement for bids and a copy of <br />the plan showing the new improvements.
