Coun¢ilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION %90-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO MYRON I. WELTY FOR A UTILITY <br />EASEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 89-13. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved <br />Resolution 90-04 on April 24, 1990 authorizing acquisition of <br />street and utility easements for Improvement Project 89-13. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has negotiated a price of $1,750 in return <br />for the easement from Myron I. Welty. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes payment of $1,750 <br />to Myron I. Weltz in return for the utility easement shown on the <br />attached sketch. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment upon <br />receipt of this easement. <br /> <br /> 3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in <br />Resolution #90-06- approving payment of the bills for the month <br />of June, 1990. <br /> <br /> 4) The City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided-a <br />signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey city Council this the 12th day of June, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
