The <br />existing and proposed zoning is I-1 Industrial District. The property is generally located in the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. The legal description of the property is Lot 2, Block 1, Gateway North <br />Industrial Park, Plat 3, Anoka County, Minnesota. The P.I.N. is 27-32-25-44-0013. For your <br />information, the following items are enclosed: <br /> <br />A) <br />B) <br />C) <br />D) <br />E) <br />F) <br />O) <br />H) <br /> <br />K) <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Proposed subdivision <br />Public hearing notice (May 2, 1990) <br />Public hearing notification list <br />Affidavit of Publication <br />Public Hearing Minutes (May 15, 1990) <br />City Engineer's Review (May 8, 1990) <br />City Landscape Architect's Review (May 8, 1990) <br />City Engineer's Review (May 16, 1990) <br />Proposed Re.solution <br />Proposed Dd~,elopment Agreement <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On May 3, 1990, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan from Don Greenberg <br />for Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 4. <br /> <br />On May 15, 1990, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing and <br />made their recommendation regarding the proposed Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 4. <br /> <br />On May 22, 1990, the Ramsey City Council approved the preliminary plat of Gateway North <br />Industrial Park Plat 4 as per the City Engineer's Review dated May 16, 1990 and re-evaluation of <br />the park dedication requirement cash mount. <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission Recommendation: <br /> <br />On May 15, 1990, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing and <br />recommended preliminary plat approval for Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 4 as per the City <br />Engineer's Review of May 8, 1990 and directed the developer to proceed to the City Council for <br />final plat approval.
