Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g90-06. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF THE <br /> GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT 4 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Donald Greenberg, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br />applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot A, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 3, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on May 3, 1990, the City received application and sketch plan from <br />Donald Greenberg for Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 4; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on May 10, 1990 and <br />recommended that cash be used to satisfy park dedication requirements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on May 15, 1990 and <br />conducted a public hearing on Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 4 and recommended preliminary <br />plat approval of Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 4; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on May 22, 1990 and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 4 as per the City Engineer's review dated <br />May 16, 1990. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval for the Gateway North <br />Industrial Park Plat 4 in accordance with relevant City Codes, <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 12th day of June, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
