GREENBERG and RUBY GREENBERG, husband and <br />wife, whose address is 2641 SW South Lake George Drive, Anoka, <br /> <br />Minnesota 55303 ("the DEVELOPER"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the FEE OWNERS of the Subject Property are Donald Mo <br />Greenberg and Ruby Greenberg; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER desires to plat the following described <br />property situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of <br />Minnesota, and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Outlot A, GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK, PLAT 3, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />the "Subject Property"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 12, 1990, pursuant to Resolution 90-06- , <br />the CITY approved the final plat of the Subject Property which plat <br />is known as GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK, PLAT 4 (the "Plat") <br />contingent on certain requirements, including DEVELOPER and CITY <br />entering into this Agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, no expenditure of CITY funds, will be made until the <br /> <br />City Code escrow requirements have been fulfilled by DEVELOPER. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY and DEVELOPER agree as follows: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br /> DEDICATION OF EASEMENTS AND RESTORATION <br /> <br /> <br />
