introduced thc following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~P)0-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF JUNIPER <br />WOODS 2ND ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, BLH Development Company, hereafter referred to "Developer", <br />has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the <br />City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot C, Juniper Woods Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on April 5, 1988 the Rarasey Planning and Zoning. <br />Commission conducted the public hearing for Juniper Woods Addition and tabled action <br />pending abihty to get municipal sewer and water, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 28, 1989 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />made a recommendation for approval of Juniper Woods Addition layout as revised on May <br />5, 1988, consisting of 73 lots contingem on area being included in the Municipal Urban <br />Service Area (MUSA) boundary; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 25, 1989 the Ramsey City Council approved the <br />preliminary plat for Juniper Woods contingent on the area being included in the MSUA <br />boundary; and <br /> <br /> VVHEREAS, on June 21,1989 the City received a petition for utilities and streets <br />for Phase 1 of Juniper Woods and ordered preparation of a feasibility study; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 13, 1989 Metropolitan Council granted a MUSA boundary <br />expansion which included the area of Juniper Woods Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 8, 1989 the Ramsey City Council received a feasibility <br />study for utilities and set a public hearing date; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 22, 1989 the Ramsey City Council rezoned Outlot B, <br />Rum River Acres from R-IR Rural Residential to R-1U Urban Residential District; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 29, 1989 the Ramsey City Council adopted ReSolution <br />#89-08-232 approving the Juniper Woods Addition subject to providing a paved <br />bituminous street to 153rd Avenue N.W. prior to issuance of building permits; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 29, 1989 a public hearing was held in regard to the <br />feasibility of utilities for Juniper Woods Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 23, 1990 and April 10, 1990, resolutions were <br />approved granting an extension to the recording time frame for final plat recording for <br />Juniper Woods Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 11, 1990 the Juniper Woods plat was recorded with <br />Anoka County; and <br /> <br /> <br />
