WHEREAS, on June 14, 1990 the City of Ramscy received an application and <br />final plat drawing for Juniper Woods 2nd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, thc plardng process for Juniper Woods Addition and corrusponding <br />public h~u'ing has addressed the area of Juniper Woods 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby grams final plat approval of Juniper Woods 2nd <br />Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of thc foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thcreof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 26th day of June, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Adminisu-ator <br /> <br />Resolution g90-06- <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
