each recyclable material which has been-collected ancl the number of tons of each <br />recyclable material which has been marketed. For recycling programs run by other persons <br />or entltias, the Municipality shall also provide documentation showing that the materials were <br />recycled by the Municipality's residents. <br /> <br />B. Information regarding any revenue received from sources other than the County for <br />landfill abatement activities set forth in Exhibit 1. <br /> <br />The Municipality agrees to furnish the County with additional reports in form and at frequencies <br />requested by the C;ounty for financial evaluation, program management purposes, and reporting to the <br />Metropolitan Council, <br /> <br />5. B. II, LING ANP PAYMENT PROCEDURE. The Municipality shall submit itemized invoices <br />to the County for abatement activities no later than January 20, 1991. Costs not billed by January 20, <br />1991 will not be eligible for funding. The invoices shall be paid in accordance with standard County <br />procedUres, subject to the approval of the Anoka County Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br />6. ~[LIGIBILITY FOR FUNDS. The Municipality is entitled to receive reimbursement for eligible <br />expenses, less revenues or other reimbursement received, for activities listed in Exhibit I up to the <br />project maximum as computed below, which shall not exceed $34,245.00. The actual project maximum <br />for eligible expenses listed in Exhibit 1 shall be computed as follows: <br /> <br />A. A base amount of $4,000.00 for implementation of a residential recycling program <br />as set forth in Exhibit 1; <br /> <br />B. Up to $12,040.00 at the rate of $40.00 per ton of residential materials recycled <br />between January 1, 1990 and December 31, 1990, by the Municipality or other community <br />programs, drop-off centers or redemption centers to the extent that the Municipality provides <br />documentation acceptable to the County that the reCYcled materials were recycled by <br />residents of the Municipality; and <br /> <br />C. Supplemental monies as follows: <br /> <br />A $5 per household grant of up to $18,205.00 for enhancement or promotion <br />of a residential recycling program set forth in Exhibit 1. <br /> <br />The Municipality may request, and the Anoka County Administrator or his designee may approve in <br />his or her discretion, changes in the line items set forth in said budget so long as the project <br />maximum computed as set forth in this Section 6 is not exceeded. <br /> <br />If landfill surcharge monies, Metropolitan Council Grant monies, and other monies collected by the <br />County and allocated to cities and townships for local landfill abatement activities are inadequate to <br />meet the County's allocation to the Municipality under this Agreement, the County may reduce the <br />maximum amount reimbursable under this Agreement after giving written notice to the Municipality. <br /> <br />7. RECORDS. The Municipality shall maintain financial and other records and accounts in <br />accordance with requirements of the county and the State of Minnesota.
