effective cJate of June 30, 1990. <br /> <br /> 7) On June 20, 1990 the Personnel Committee reviewed the annual performance <br />appraisal for Personnel Coordinator Kay McAIoney. Finance Officer Sandra Ashley, with City <br />Administrator David Hartley in agreement, recommencled to the Personnel Committee to approve <br />a salary increase to $23,500 effective June 2, 1990. A motion was made and seconded to <br />recommend that City Council accept the performance appraisal for Kay McAIoney and approve a <br />salary increase to $23,500 annually, in salary grade 3, with an effective date of June 2, 1990. <br /> <br /> 8 ) On June 20, 1990 the Personnel Committee accepted the request of Finance <br />Officer Sandra Ashley and City Administrator David Harliey that the annual performance review <br />of Ms. Ashley be delayed until the completion of year-end in the Finance Office. The anticipated <br />time of the appraisal will be some time in July, 1990. <br /> <br /> 9) On June 20, 1990 the Personnel Committee discussed the status of the City <br />Engineer position. Finalist Steven Jankowski will be making a decision within the week and <br />intormation should be available by the June 26, 1990 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br /> 1 ) To adopt/not adopt resolution #90-06- confirming the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to increase Police Chief Michael Auspos' annual salary to $45,774 <br />effective January 1, 1989 and to $47,605 effective January 1, 1990. <br /> <br />2 ) No action. <br /> <br />3 ) No action. <br /> <br /> 4 ) To adopt/not adopt resolution #90-06- confirming the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to increase Building Official Glyn Huff's annual salary to $28,304 <br />effective June 30, 1990. <br /> <br /> 5 ) To adopt/not adopt resolution #90-06- confirming the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to increase the annual salary of Secretary Jo Ann Thieling per the terms <br />of the AFSCME bargaining unit contract to $16,173 in salary grade 1, effective June 30, 1990. <br /> <br /> 6 ) To adopt/not adopt resolution ~90-06- confirming the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to increase the annual salary of Accountant Jennifer Swencisen per the <br />terms of the AFSCME bargaining unit contract to $24,529 in salary grade 3, effective June 30, <br />1990. <br /> <br /> 7 ) To adopt/not adopt resolution #90-06- confirming the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to increase the annual salary of Personnel Committee Kay McAIoney to <br />$23,500 in salary grade 3, effective June 2, 1990. <br /> <br />8 ) No action. <br />9 ) No aclion. <br /> <br /> <br />
