RESOLUTION #90-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ANNUAL PERFORMANCE <br /> APPRAISAL FOR BUILDING OFFICIAL GLYN HUFF <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Glyn Huff began employment with the City of Ramsey on a part-time basis <br />on October 26, 1987 as a temporary/part-time Building Official and became a regular full- <br />time employee on March 1, 1989 in the position of Building Official, in salary grade 4, in the <br />Community Development Department; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with the AFSCME bargaining unit contract, of which Mr. Huff <br />is a member, Mr. Huff's anniversary of position date has been changed to June 28, which is one <br />year from the date that he achieved certification, and is therefore eligible for not less than 5% <br />of the range 4 minimum; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Huff received a satisfactory performance evaluation from Community <br />Development Director Mark Banwart on February 16, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Administrator David Hartley is in agreement with the performance <br />appraisal completed for Mr. Huff; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Administrator David Hartley recommends that Mr. Huffs annual salary <br />be increased to $28,304, which is consistent with the terms of the AFSCME contract for salary <br />grade 4, effective June 30, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee reviewed the performance appraisal at the <br />Personnel Committee meeting on June 20, 1990 and was in agreement with the appraisal. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendations of the Personnel <br />Committee regarding the performance appraisal for Glyn Huff, and instructs Kay McAIoney, <br />Personnel Coordinator, to prepare the necessary paperwork for change in annual salary to <br />$28,304 effective June 30, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
