The project includes bituminous resurfacing <br />and some safety improvements within the project limits. Copies of the plans <br />were sent to you several months ago. <br /> <br />As part of this project, we are planning to close some median cross-overs. <br />With the traffic volumes on T.H. 10, and considering that those traffic <br />volumes will be increasing, in order to improve the safety of the roadway <br />we have selected some median crossings to be removed. Attached are copies <br />of plan sheets which indicate the crossings to be closed within your City. <br />We would llke your comments regarding those closings and request that you <br />provide comments to us by June 20. Also if you know of any property owners <br />that would have a particular interest or concern regarding closing of these <br />crossings, please provide us with that information by June 20 as well. <br /> <br />It is anticipated that the contract will begin around July 17, after the <br />Olympic Festival.
