I I I I Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #90-07- RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MODIFICATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 AND MODIFICATION OF THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 2 WHEREAS, the City Council, by prior action, has established Development District No. 1 (Development District) pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 through 469.134 and has established several tax increment financing (TIF) districts within Development District No. 1 pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 through 469.179; and WHEREAS, the City Council believes it is necessary to modify the Development Program for the Development District and modify the TIF Plan for TIF District No. 2 within the Development District. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be prepared a modified Development Program for Development District No. 1 and a modified TIF Plan for TIF District No. 2 and to file a copy of all documents in City Hall. 2) That the City Administrator is authorized and directed to prepare a notice for publication in the official newspaper setting a public hearing before the City Council on the 31st day of July, 1990, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the modified Program and TIF Plan. The notice shall be published in the newspaper at least 10 but not more than 30 days prior to the public hearing. 3) That the City Administrator is authorized and directed to take all other actions necessary to bring the Modified Development Program and TIF Plan before the City Council at the time of the public hearing. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council on this the 10th day of July, 1990.
