Miller <br />Munn Blacktop <br />Alexander Construction <br />Alber Construction <br />Valley Paving <br />Omann Brothers, Inc. <br />Barber Construction <br /> <br />$118,099.95 <br /> 119,147.00 <br /> 120,466.50 <br /> 121,290.00 <br /> 121,783.35 <br /> 127,226.00 <br /> 131,252.50 <br /> 132,763.75 <br /> 142,625.00 <br /> 147,910.00 <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Bauerly Bros., Inc. is the lowest <br />responsible bidder. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Bauerly <br />Bros., Inc. in the name of the City of Ramsey for Improvement <br />Projects 90-7,8 and 9 in the amount of $118,099.95. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed <br />to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with <br />their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder <br />and the next to lowest bidder shall be retained until a <br />contact has been signed. <br /> <br /> <br />
