I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br />'1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Section 130.129 Hours of Operation. <br /> <br />From 9:00 p.m. Saturday to 7:00 a.m. Monday, no property <br />shall be received as a pledge or purchase by any <br />pawnbroker; nor shall any property be sold during said <br />hours by any pawnbroker, nor on any other day before 7:00 <br />a.m., nor on any day after 9:00 p.m. Further, no <br />pawnbroker may be open for business on any legal holiday <br />or on a Sunday. <br /> <br />Section 130.1210. Method of Payment. <br /> <br />When a pawnbroker accepts an item for purchase or as <br />security for a loan, payment shall be made by check only, <br />made payable to the actual intended seller or borrower. <br /> <br />Section 130.1211 Denial, Suspension or Revocation of <br />License. <br /> <br />Any license under this Chapter may be denied, suspended, <br />or revoked for any of the following reasons: <br /> <br />(a) The use conflicts with the Ramsey Zoning Code; <br /> <br />(b) The use conflicts with any health, building, <br /> building maintenance or provisions of this code of <br /> ordinance or state law; <br /> <br />(c) The applicant has failed to comply with one or more <br /> provisions of this Chapter; <br /> <br />(d) Fraud, misrepresentation, or bribery in securing a <br /> license; <br /> <br />(e) Fraud, misrepresentation or false statements made <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br /> <br />
