Penalty. Any person violating any provision of <br />this ordinance us guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall <br />be punished by a fine of not more than Seven Hundred Dollars <br />($700.00) or imprisonment for not more than Ninety (90) days or <br />both. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. Effective Date.
