I I I ! 110.208 Aneal of Revocation The holder of a revoked permit may appeal said revocation to the Fire Board. The Fire Board shall make a determination to maintain the revocation or direct for reinstatement of existing permit or reapplication for permit. 110.209 Permit Exniration and Removal Permits shall expire bi-annually from date of issuance, or upon relocation of fare site or upon change of occupant of subject site. Permits may be renewed in accordance with Section 110.204. 110.210 Recreational Fire Hours Recreational Fires shall be permitted only between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Monday through Friday (weekdays) and 5:00 p.m. Friday to 6:00 a.m.on the following Monday (weekends). Notwithstanding the above, Recreational Fires will be permitted on State of Minnesota legal holidays. Commencing at 5:00 p.m. the day preceding the holiday to 6:00 a.m. on the day subsequent to the holiday. 110.211 No Recreational Fires During Burning Ban or Air Oualit_v Alert Notwithstanding a validly existing permit, no Recreational Fire will be permitted when the City or DNR has officially declared a burning ban due to potential hazardous fare conditions or when the Minnesota Pollution control Agency (PCA) has declared an Air Quality Alert. Burning ban information and air quality alert will be communicated to the permittee if the permittee calls the Fire Department 24 hour information number before exercising permit. 110.212 Open Burning Open Burning as defined herein and as regulated by Chapter 110.19 of the City Code is permitted only upon compliance with the regulations as set forth in Chapter 110.19. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.04.
