I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />110.208 Aneal of Revocation <br /> <br />The holder of a revoked permit may appeal said revocation to the Fire Board. The Fire Board shall <br />make a determination to maintain the revocation or direct for reinstatement of existing permit or <br />reapplication for permit. <br /> <br />110.209 Permit Exniration and Removal <br /> <br />Permits shall expire bi-annually from date of issuance, or upon relocation of fare site or upon <br />change of occupant of subject site. Permits may be renewed in accordance with Section 110.204. <br /> <br />110.210 Recreational Fire Hours <br /> <br />Recreational Fires shall be permitted only between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Monday <br />through Friday (weekdays) and 5:00 p.m. Friday to 6:00 a.m.on the following Monday <br />(weekends). <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the above, Recreational Fires will be permitted on State of Minnesota legal <br />holidays. Commencing at 5:00 p.m. the day preceding the holiday to 6:00 a.m. on the day <br />subsequent to the holiday. <br /> <br />110.211 <br /> <br />No Recreational Fires During Burning Ban or Air Oualit_v Alert <br /> <br />Notwithstanding a validly existing permit, no Recreational Fire will be permitted when the City or <br />DNR has officially declared a burning ban due to potential hazardous fare conditions or when the <br />Minnesota Pollution control Agency (PCA) has declared an Air Quality Alert. Burning ban <br />information and air quality alert will be communicated to the permittee if the permittee calls the Fire <br />Department 24 hour information number before exercising permit. <br /> <br />110.212 Open Burning <br /> <br />Open Burning as defined herein and as regulated by Chapter 110.19 of the City Code is permitted <br />only upon compliance with the regulations as set forth in Chapter 110.19. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication <br />according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.04. <br /> <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota this the ~ <br />April, 1990. <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
