Councilmember introduced the follow'rog resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION //90-07- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE <br />FRAME FOR THE NORTH FORTY THIRD ADDITION <br /> <br />RECORDING TIME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution g'90-02-55 granting final plat <br />approval to The North Forty Third Addition on February 26, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey City Code 170.0310C RECORDING states that failure to file the <br />plat within 120 days, unless an extension is granted by City Council, shall result in voiding the <br />plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received a letter from Richard J. Sybrant, developer of The North <br />Forty Third Addition on July 5, 1990 stating some difficulty in obtaining financing and requesting <br />an extension in the recording time frame. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an extension to the recording time frame for <br />The North Forty Third Addition to September 24, 1990. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 10th day of July, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
